The purpose of these updates is twofold: to record my workouts, and to give myself a bit of accountability. In addition to these workouts, I’m participating in a Facebook 100 ab lunges per day challenge during July.
07/13/10 194.6 pounds. I did 15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast, which consisted of Shakeology chocolate with half a banana blended in.
07/12/10 195.4 pounds. I did 15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast, which consisted of Shakeology green berry with a handful of blueberries blended in. I did an hour of mixed cardio and light weights in the evening.
07/11/10 193.6 pounds. I did 15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast, which consisted of Shakeology green berry with half a banana blended in. I did a half hour of resistance band training in the evening.
